 A Swedish massage is a classic, whole-body therapeutic treatment designed to relax the entire body, ease muscle tension, and improve blood circulation using oils or lotions and smooth, gliding strokes. This modality is done on a table with the client disrobed to their comfort level.

 Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that uses slow, deliberate strokes and firm pressure to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues (fascia). It is designed to break up rigid tissue knots, release chronic muscle tension, and improve overall mobility. This modality is done on a table with the client disrobed to their comfort level.
